Las Manchas is preparing to celebrate its festivities in honour of the Virgen del Pilar and Santo Domingo de Guzmán
They will take place on October 11 and 12 with events for all audiences
The town of Las Manchas will celebrate its traditional festivals on October 11 and 12 in honour of the Virgen del Pilar and Santo Domingo de Guzmán with a varied program of events aimed at the entire local and visiting population.
On Wednesday, October 11 at 10:00 a.m. arrival of the sound and lighting equipment of Radio Curbelo. At 5:00 p.m. in the square holding a children's agriculture workshop. Around 9:00 p.m. Holy Mass officiated by the parish priest Víctor Manuel Fernández and sung by the A.F. Roots. Next, procession along the usual tour accompanied by the Music Band of Santiago del Teide, municipal authorities and faithful. At its end, Gran Verbena with the Paradise Group and the Kimbara Group.
On Wednesday, October 12, at 11:30 a.m., the procession will be released to the square. Then, Holy Mass sung by the San Fernando Rey Choir and tribute to the Civil Guard. Next, procession through the usual route. Around 4:00 p.m., bouncy castles and at 7:00 p.m., variety festival with the performances of Cherfe Theatre and the stellar performance of the group SON 21. At the end ribs and potatoes for all attendees enlivened by the Chinyero group.
