Arguayo celebrates this weekend its festivities in honour of San Isidro Labrador

The town of Arguayo will celebrate its festivities this weekend in honour of San Isidro Labrador in which the traditional pilgrimage that will take place on Sunday, May 18 from 1:30 pm stands out among its numerous events.
The festivities will begin this Friday, May 16 at 9:00 pm with the Grand Gala of Choice of the Adult and Children's Rosemary of Santiago del Teide that will feature the performance of the Oroval group.
On Saturday, May 17 at 3:30 p.m., inflatable land and recreational castles. At 5:00 p.m. in the Cultural Centre of Arguayo celebration of the XIXI edition of the Dessert Contest "Mariano Rodríguez Rodríguez" and Contest of "Adornated Balconies. At 9:00 p.m. the XXII edition of the Dance of Magicians of Santiago del Teide will be held in which the groups will participate: Tayme, Raíces, Araza, Talleres de Baile Canario, Los Dóniz, Bentahod and Parranda Chasnera.
On Sunday, May 18, from 1:30 pm, celebration of the Eucharist in honour of San Isidro officiated by the parish priest Víctor Manuel Fernández and sung by the AFC Raíces. At the end of it, traditional pilgrimage along the usual route to the park of Las Eras de Arguayo participating different groups and parties. Then, Great Dance with the orchestras "Wamampy and Maraury".
On Monday, May 19, at 6:00 p.m., Descent of the Image of San Isidro to the parish of Our Lady of Candelaria and then mass. Later, great paella and dance with the Paraíso group.
