The City Council Recognizes the Work of the Teams Organizing the Tamaimo Hill Climb in Its 50-Year History
Last Sunday, May 11th, the Santiago del Teide City Council held a well-deserved tribute at the Landmar Playa de La Arena Hotel, prior to the start of the 1st Canary Islands Motorsports Officials Seminar, to all the teams that have organized the Tamaimo Hill Climb over its 50-year history and have consolidated it over time as one of the most important mountain motorsports events in the Canary Islands.
In this regard, during the award ceremony, Mayor Emilio Navarro did not hesitate to praise the work of each and every one of the teams whose hard work has helped position this event, as well as the people of Tamaimo and the municipality of Santiago del Teide in the automotive scene, not only in the Canary Islands but also in Spain.
The award-winning teams were as follows:
